Marian has over 35 years experience as a solicitor in general practice with a particular interest and specialization in Probate and Administration of Estates.This includes advising clients on tax planning and considering the most tax efficient manner in which to pass assets from one generation to the next.
Marian deals with all aspects of administration of estates from the simplest to the most complex and has the necessary expertise to deal with all taxation issues which may arise. Marian also deals with any disputes which may arise in the administration process to include the appropriate litigation if required.
Marian has been an accredited mediator for the past five years and has recently completed a Masters in Mediation and Conflict Intervention at National
University of Ireland Maynooth.
